We have a similar approach across all of our training programmes:

  • background and context are provided as a foundation, improving grasp of the material;

  • content is customised to each organisation and user department, as appropriate;

  • technical concepts are simplified (rather than omitted) for non-technical students;

  • discussion is used to establish existing skill level, understand student perspective and gain student input;

  • each student has their own course booklet for notations and future reference;

  • once theory is covered, focus is on practical application; and

  • skills encapsulated in small number of take-away principles.
